- International delivery takes approximately 14–21 business days
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions: - Items must be unused and unopened
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
❗ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
